Grant Writing & Project Implementation
COG is the largest Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program consultant in Massachusetts. We have more than thirty years of continuous experience in grant writing and project implementation and have been involved in program management, administration, or management consulting for more than 130 Massachusetts grant projects and over 50 Small Cities Program grants in Connecticut.
In addition to our CDBG experience, COG has also helped clients obtain and administer grant funding through other state and federal grant programs such as HOME, CDBG-R, the Massachusetts’ Preservation Partnership Fund (MPPF), and the Connecticut STEAP fund.
As one of our core services, we are proficient in all aspects of federal grant administration and project management. COG routinely staffs municipal community development offices, building local capacity and providing technical assistance beyond our grant work.
